オーストラリアへ向かうのに、北京を経由 Going to Australia via Beijing, China
今回は中国東方航空（China Eastern Airlines）フライト 526の15:30関西出発、18:10中国の北京到着の便を利用しました。目的地はオーストラリアのシドニーで、その経由便に利用したのですが、中国北京出発が翌深夜の1:35だったので、トランジット時間は実質7時間20分もあり、元々北京に少し出てみようと決めていました。
機内食は、まあ普通でした。まずくはない。
This time, Saki and I rided on flight no.526 of China Eastern Airlines that departured at 3:30 P.M. from Kansai Airport and arrived at 6:10 P.M. to Beijing Airport. Our destination was Sydney, Australia via Beijing, China. We had a 7 hour 20 minute layover because departure from China was at 1:35 A.M. So we had already decided to visit Beijing.
The airplane meal was good but not great.
こういうハゲ山、日本ではあまり見ない気がします。
There is no mountains like this in Japan. These mountains are tree-less.
結論から言うと、7時間だったら天安門と玉府井はまあまあ余裕持ってみれます。5時間ならギリギリかな・・・。ただ、玉府井は遅い時間22時前後に行ってもなーんにも面白いことやっていないようだったので、注意してくださーい。
In conclusion, if you have an extra 7 hours, you could to visit Tiananmen and Wang Fu. However, if you have less than 5 hours, somehow you won't have enough time to visit both places.
Make sure you visit before 8 P.M. Otherwise, there is not much to see as the exhibits are closed.

ひとまず関西空港発のフライトは定刻通り飛んで予定時刻の18:10頃に北京に到着して、そっからの道のり詳細は下の通りでーす。
Our flight was on time and arrived at 6:10 P.M in Beijing.

北京空港から電車に乗って天安門へ Train to Tiananmen from Beijing
北京空港でターミナル2から無料シャトルでターミナル3に向かいます。
We went by a complimentary shuttle bus to Terminal 3 of Beijing Airport from Terminal 2.
すでに深夜便が19時頃にチェックイン開始されていたので、重い荷物を預けることができました！もしチェックインが始まってない場合は空港内の荷物預かり所に預ける必要がありますね。
そして、ATMでお金を下ろしてから、天安門に向かいます。トランジット時間の定番スポット。
空港からエアポートエクスプレス、そこから地下鉄で。エアポートエクスプレスはこの画像のTerminal 3からDongzhimenに行くんですけど、書いてある図の通り、最初Terminal 1, 2 に進み、それから正方向に折り返すので注意。
We checked our heavy baggage the night flights accept check in right away.
If check-in has not begun, you can leave your baggage in storage at terminal 3.
Later, I withdrew money from an ATM and went to Tiananmen Square. This location is one of the most popular tourist sites for international travelers.
We took the airport express train to the subway station. And we can go by the subway to Dongzhimen near Tiananmen.
ほとんどの電車が一方向にしか進まない日本ではあまり味わうことがない不思議な感覚です。
Most of the trains in Japan only travel one-way. However, this train went both ways. It may be an unusual feeling to experience for Japanese.
天安門の駅に到着 Arrived at Tiananmen
天安門の駅に無事到着です！ついでに地下鉄の帰りのチケットも買っておきました！
We arrived at Tiananmen and I bought subway tickets for backing.
駅を出てすぐ近くにセキュリティチェックがあってパスポートを見せて通りました。
When we left from the subway station, there is a security check area and we identified ourselves by our passports.
天安門に着きました！The中国って感じの建物。毛沢東が貼ってある。
We arrived at Tiananmen! The appearance was typical chinese. Mao Zedong's picture was posted in the middle.
煌びやか、豪華な雰囲気があります。昔ここで過激な政治活動、武力鎮圧があったとはなんとも複雑な。
The place around there had georgious and spectaclur atmosphere. I couldn't believe that there were intense political activities and force suppressions. I have felt complex.
兵隊も行進していました！完全に揃っていて不気味さと感動が入り交じります。
Soldiers passed away. They all were same behavior completely. I felt mixed creepy and impressed.
ついでに中心街の玉府井へ Going to Wang Fu at the Same Time
この頃すでに時間は22時直前だったんですが、王府井の店は、もうほとんど何の店もやってなかったです。
Though it was already just before 10 P.M. then, most of the shops were closed unfortunately.
少しだけお土産屋さんみたいな店が開いてたくらい。
Only a few shops were opend like souvenir shops.
なんてゆーんですかね、漢方みたいな梅干しか杏子みたいないかにも中国って感じのおやつがいっぱい売ってました。好きな人は好きでしょうね。えーと、1つ思い出しました！陳皮(ちんぴ)だ！まあでも、こんな時間にわざわざ北京でこれ買う必要はないね。
One of the shop was selling snacks like a plum or an apricot. They are divided love or hate. If I remember correctly, they called "Chen peal". I thought we didn't have to buy it especially. However, there were various kinds.
ちなみにこれまたバイク集団が完全停止してたんですが、何なんですかねこれ？信号とか見当たらなかったけど…。最初ドッキリで街全員がフリーズする企画かと思いましたね。
I had seen many bikers who were stopped completely. What were they? I couldn't find any signals around there. I felt that they had a plan of surprising was joking. But it may be not. In conclusion, What were they? I couldn't understand finally.
色々とお店や屋台に期待して行ったんですが、後に述べる電車時間の件もあって、この時間は全くお店やってないので本当に時間に余裕があるときだけおすすめします。
We had expected there were opened many shops and food stalls. But we couldn't find those.
帰りの地下鉄の終電が22時半だった・・・ Last train time was 10:30 P.M.
と、ここまで順調だったんだけど、地下鉄が22時半までと判明。玉府井を出たのが22時半頃だったので、ガーン！！完全に電車が終わってます。帰りのチケットもゴミクズになりました。
その場にいたタクシー運転手のおっちゃんが350元で送ってくれるとのこと。残念ながら、交渉には一切応じてくれなかった。ただ、英語が少し使える人だったし、外に出て中国語しか使えない人ばっかりだったら大変だし、フライト時間も迫っていたから、めっちゃ不安だったんですが、乗りました。
約束通り350元でターミナル3に24時ちょうどくらいになんとか着きました。おっちゃん疑ってすまん。でも高いんじゃないのこれ・・・と思ってあとから調べたら相当距離ありました。おっちゃん疑ってすまん。
Though it was on schedule until then, we found that the last train time was 10 P.M. when we came back to the subway station. It was a bummer... The subway train was perfectly ended. The back tickets had got wasted. It was a big shock.
The taxi driver who was in the ticket gate that told me he can do us a ride for 350 yuan. I worried who he is, but we had any other plans. So we decided to take the taxi because there might be no taxi driver who could speak Japanese or English, and flight time was coming.
We ended up arrive at just 0 A.M. for 350 yuan as promised. We were sorry to suspect him. In fact, I had suspected 350 yuan was too expensive, but it was not cheating because there were pretty long distance from the subway station to the airport.
とはいえ、なんとか到着して良かった。
Anyway, we were glad to be able to arrive there.
中国国際航空の便、30分出発遅れる（期待してなかったけど）Departure of Chinese Internatinal Airline was 30 Minutes Delayed
わずかな遅れではありますが、翌深夜1:35北京出発の便は30分遅れて出発しました。中国系エアラインは後の旅程が詰まっている場合は要注意です！シドニー行き、搭乗待ちが長蛇の列です…。
Though it was slight, our flight was 30 minitues delayed. Chinese airlines are often delayed. Please be careful to avoid Chinese airlines as possible if your travel plan is full.
We would head to Sydney, Australia from then. We had to stand in the lines for a lot of time.
旅はまだ始まったばかりです！
This was the first day in our trip. It was still just starting.
