That problem was caused by the development companies "Niantic", "Pokemon", and "Nintendo". They had to make regulations. But it was too difficult problem for anyone because there are infinity places all over the world. -

I've played Pokemon Go for only 2 or 3 weeks. Maybe I caught about 10 to 20 Pokemon. -
